However, we do not guarantee to implement changes within any given time frame. 3) VALIDITY OF INFORMATION UKCyber does not guarantee the quality or correctness of information contained in customer profiles and is not liable for any misunderstandings / losses arising from such errors. We strongly urge all our customers to assure themselves of the facts before taking part in any financial transactions. 4) ABUSE UKCyber will not accept any abuse of its members or from its members, and if any member is found to be or reported to be being abusive, threatening or any other such sociably unacceptable behaviour to another member either through our email system, forums or any other means involving our web site, that abusive member will have their membership cancelled immediately with no refund being available. 5) LANDLORD / TENANT DISPUTES UKCyber is providing a highly professional advertising service, it is not acting as a a reference or warranty for either landlords or tenants and it is up to members to assure themselves of all relevant facts & references. UKCyber will not become involved in any Landlord / Tenant disputes. 6) MEMBERSHIP DURATIONS Paid for memberships are valid for upto 1 year, or until a property is leased or an account is not used for 3 months which ever is the earliest. UKCyber will invite all paying members to renew their membership 1 month before the account is deleted. Free Memberships are valid for 3 months and will be automatically deleted at that point. Agencies are allowed to manage 10 properties at any point in time, these properties can be changed on a weekly basis allowing up to 520 properties to be advertised a year. Agency properties will be deleted from the system 1 month after they have been closed.
